Bottled products are not quite fresh as they are marketed to be and often do not contain high-nutrient or high-quality ingredients.
Jams are meant to be fresh, flavorful and fruity, best served with a few slices of fruit or toast. Keeping it natural and simple, they can be made with real fruit, plant-based sweetener and high mineral sea salt.
